Had a sudden issue with noise from under my car and Tim found a way to squeeze me in and have his mechanics check things out while I waited. Very professional. Happily not a safety issue. Have been to other Conrads before, but never this one. This is the type of service that Brings customers back!. Thank you guys.

Josh was a huge help and his follow up was superb. He found the perfect tires for me in my budget and they kept me up to date through the whole process. Will be returning for my other vehicle!

Great customer service, they took care of me as soon as possible. Explained everything about the repair in detail. Always courteous and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer. Prices are reasonable! I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you

At first, I was disappointed and frustrated having my appointment canceled 20 minutes before the time. The reason was understandable, but nonetheless, I needed my oil changed. Dave was amazing! He called me personally and helped me get an appointment at another location right away. The service at Elyria was amazing. Josh and his team were kind and efficient. The store was very clean, and they even had coffee— which I appreciated. I was in and out of there very quickly. Even though the beginning may not have been smooth, they nailed it at the end, and I will be coming back there for my oil changes. In a world where it’s hard to find great customer service anymore, I found it there. Great job!

My local Midway mall Conrad's is by far the best mechanic repair shop I have ever visited. They are always kind and courtious, greet me by name, help me understand the ins and out of my vehicles and treat me with respect and understanding. They are always willing to work with me with my time schedule. I want to give a special thank you to Jamie and Mark who make sure I am in and out when I need to be. Brain for having fun and meaningful conversations. Jack for always making me feel welcome and doing a terrific job on my car repairs. And a huge warm welcome to Josh! I am sure you will make a great addition to the shop! Thank you Conrad's for all your help with my fleet vehicles and personal.
